If a match is cancelled or incomplete: If an event is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement follows international rules — in cricket, markets will be voided if the required overs are not completed; in football, matches abandoned before 75 minutes are generally considered void.
If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 98999 reserves the right to void it. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may also be cancelled.
A maximum win limit applies per bet. The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳5,00,000. This limit may differ for VIP members.
